Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Please contact customer service to initiate a return or exchange request by emailing vape4style1@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, order # and reason for the return. Also provide any photos or video of the damaged or defective items.
Any manufacturer defects such as cosmetic damage from manufacturing, dead on arrival, or any missing/incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. PLEASE NOTE: Scratches/Discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and will not be covered under warranty. Our products (excluding disposable devices) carry an industry standard 14 day warranty against manufacturing defects or failure. This period begins on the day the product is delivered.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable items that have been opened or used. This includes, but is not limited to:
- e-liquids
- coils
- cotton
- pods
- disposable devices
- batteries
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to ask before completing your purchase.
PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS RECEIVED IN YOUR PACKAGE BEFORE OPENING. We cannot exchange incorrect items that have been opened. It is your responsibility to check the order on arrival.
If we approve the return or exchange, we will provide instruction on shipping the product(s) back to us. When repackaging the items to be returned, please ensure all pieces received are included. Any refund or replacement will be issued within 48 hours of the returned item being received. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for non-defective items. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES FROM THE ORDER ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Refunds will only be issued back to the original form of payment or as a store credit.
A 10% return processing fee may be applied under the following circumstances:
- Product is opened and/or non-defective
- Product shows ANY sign of physical damage or misuse that may have caused the defect
- The defect is not visible upon evaluation of the return or is solved with simple troubleshooting steps
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURN REQUEST IF THE POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED
We carefully verify all information on our website; however, an occasional error may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
