Site Update

As many of you know, we recently migrated to a new website platform. While the transition has gone well overall, we know there have been some glitches and confusing moments along the way. We really appreciate everyone who has reached out to let us know about issues you've run into—it has been incredibly helpful as we work through everything. We're putting in a lot of hours behind the scenes to get things back to feeling as familiar as possible.

In the meantime, here are a few quick tips:

• Previous orders will not appear in your account. If you try to view them, you'll likely see a message saying the order cannot be found. Don't worry—we still have your order history on our end. Unfortunately, everyone will need to create a new account on the updated site.
• Waiting on a package? If you have an order in transit and need updated tracking information, just send us a message. We'll gladly help keep you updated until it arrives safely.
• Please check your spam folder. For whatever reason, many of our emails are ending up there right now. If you find one of our messages, please mark it as "Not Spam" so you continue receiving order updates and other important communications. If you're expecting an email and still can't find it, let us know.
• Discount codes belong in the "Coupon" box, not the "Gift Card" box. We know the current layout isn't the most intuitive, and we're already working on improvements. For now, the coupon field is located on the left side of the checkout page and is labeled Coupon.
